Award-winning poet Phillip B. Williams reads with creative writing seniors Robert Marshall, Catherine Saterson, David Shin, and Mariah Wilson at Labyrinth Books in Princeton.

The C.K. Williams Reading Series, named in honor of the late Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award-winning poet C.K. Williams, who served on Princeton’s Creative Writing faculty for 20 years, showcases senior thesis students of the Program in Creative Writing with established writers as special guests.

PHILLIP B. WILLIAMS is the author of Thief in the Interior (2016), winner of the 2017 Kate Tufts Discovery Award and a 2017 Lambda Literary award. A recipient of a 2017 Whiting Award, Williams is co-editor in chief of the online journal Vinyl. His poetry has appeared in Callaloo, Kenyon Review Online, The Southern Review, Painted Bride Quarterly, West Branch, Blackbird and elsewhere. He is currently a visiting professor at Bennington College.
