L’Avant-Scène, the Department of French and Italian, the Program in Theater, and Rockefeller College present Travaux d’Acteurs IV, the presentation of works by FRE 311/THR 312 students on Tuesday, May 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rockefeller College Common Room. The performance will feature twelve scenes in total, including scenes from Le Cid, Médée, Cinna, Suréna and La Place Royale, directed by Florent Masse. The students enrolled in FRE 311/THR 312 – Advanced French Theater Workshop immersed themselves in these classical pieces for a considerable part of the semester while also exploring other works of playwrights such as Victor Hugo, Joël Pommerat, Pascal Rambert, and Wajdi Mouawad. In French, approximate running time 1 hour, 30 minutes.
