The Program in Theater presents The Luckiest Girl, a new musical about womanhood in New York City in the Jazz Age written by theater senior Sonya Hayden and featuring seniors Victoria Gruenberg and Matt Volpe. Lecturer in Theater Ethan Heard directs assisted by Nico Krell ’18 and music direction is provided by alumna Emily Whitaker ’15. Performances are on April 22, 23, and 28 at 8:00 p.m.; April 24 at 2:00 p.m., and April 30 at 7:00 p.m. in the Marie and Edward Matthews ’53 Acting Studio at 185 Nassau Street. A talkback discussion led by Professor Stacy Wolf will follow the April 28 performance. Tickets are $12 general/$11 students and seniors when purchased in advance; $17 general/$15 students and seniors when purchased on the day of the performance. Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.princeton.edu or at the Frist Center box office.
