This screening of Some Like it Hot introduces a new series at Princeton’s Garden Theater in which a Princeton University professor selects and introduces a favorite film. The classic comedy, presented by Professor of Theater and Chair of the Lewis Center for the Arts Michael Cadden, stars Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis as a pair of musicians who witness a mob massacre and then escape dressed as women in an all-women’s band. Things really heat up with the arrival of Marilyn Monroe, the band’s curvy, ukulele-playing singer. The introduction and screening will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Garden Theater, 160 Nassau Street, Princeton.
