The event is part of a series presented by Princeton University’s Fund for Irish Studies. Free and open to the public.

SALLY ROONEY was born in the west of Ireland in 1991. Winner of the Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year Award in 2017, she studied English at Trinity College, Dublin, and her writing has been featured in The Dublin Review, The Stinging Fly, and Granta. Her first novel, Conversation with Friends, was published in July and won the 2017 Sunday Times Fiction Prize.
