Lewis Arts complex

CoLab

Nestled in one corner of the Forum is the CoLab, a flexible 1,550 square-foot “white box” that can be utilized for a range of activities such as exhibitions, installations, performances, receptions, and short-term projects. Pivoting partition walls comprise the west wall of the CoLab, which can be opened to the Forum or closed to define the space. Two sheetrock walls of the CoLab have plywood underneath for ease of hanging artwork, and the hard flooring is made of end-cut dark hardwood. There is a system of pipe hangers for temporary overhead rigging of theatrical equipment.
