Virtual Co-Curricular Dance Classes

Co-curricular online classes for Spring 2021 start Monday, February 1, and are free and open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff (age 18 and over). Many classes are open to all skill levels, with no prior experience needed. Princeton alumni interested in participating should email Cindy Rosenfeld at cr17@princeton.edu. YOGA FOR DANCERS

Yoga for Dancers incorporates fundamentals of functional anatomy, Ideokinesis, modern dance and other somatic techniques. Taught by Mecquel; all levels of experience welcome.

Taught by Laurie Abramson, this ballet class offers Pilates methods adapted to reinforce and improve ballet alignment and technique. All levels of experience welcome.
