Past Dance Seasons

Rooted in house dance, House Flow will focus on footwork fundamentals, while integrating capoeira and contemporary floorwork-inspired movement flows to develop groove, funk, and polyrhythmic coordination. Each class will end with a 20-minute DJ Livestream to practice the moves learned in class. All experience levels welcome. Co-curricular classes are free and open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

Led by Mecquel, Yoga for Dancers is a yoga-based practice which incorporates fundamentals of functional anatomy, Ideokinesis, modern dance and other somatic techniques. Co-curricular classes are free and open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

Kathleen Moore Tovar leads a class on intermediate/advanced level skills in ballet. Co-curricular classes are free and open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
