Students enrolled in courses through the Program in Visual Arts will receive the equipment and supplies needed for each course at no personal cost.
Information for Students Enrolled in VIS courses
Equipment such as still and video cameras, sound and lighting equipment is limited to visual arts majors and certificate students, as well as Princeton students currently enrolled in a VIS course that requires this equipment. Students may complete a Visual Arts Loaner Request form through OIT’s ServiceNow. Students must agree to the Equipment Loan and Classroom Computer Use Policy.
Information for All Students
The Lewis Center does not loan equipment to Princeton students who are not currently enrolled in VIS courses. Students with A/V needs can check out these other campus resources for loan of equipment, media labs, and more:
- PUL Makerspace offers A/V equipment available for 3-day checkout. View a list of available resources or reserve PUL Makerspace equipment.
- PUL Makerspace offers a Video Production Room that can be reserved.
- ODUS offers a Video Production Studio space to reserve and lends equipment including cameras, microphones, and SD cards
