  • Do you have thoughts, suggestions, concerns, or comments that could improve the Lewis Center for the Arts? Please share them in the form below. We encourage members of our community to share their ideas and suggestions as we learn and evolve. All submissions are anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. If you choose to identify yourself and include your email address, a representative of the Lewis Center will respond to you directly within a week.

This form is not to be used for emergencies. In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1 or contact Princeton’s Department of Public Safety: 609-258-1000.

The Lewis Center for the Art’s feedback mechanisms are not intended to displace any University policy or existing University-wide reporting mechanism. If you have concerns beyond general suggestions or comments to improve the Lewis Center’s operations, please refer to the University Resources and Lewis Center Contacts to assist you in identifying the appropriate person to contact about your concerns.
