In this on-your-feet workshop, ArtEquity facilitators Nissy Aya and Ilana Brownstein (with Associate Professor of Theater Brian Herrera) will guide a dynamic process that engages structural and systemic issues of identity and rehearses strategies for creating and sustaining cultures of equity and inclusion in and through the arts.
