Free, drop-in co-curricular classes for Fall 2020 are offered online! These classes are open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
This ballet class offers Pilates methods adapted to reinforce and improve ballet alignment and technique. Exercises focus on core strengthening, range of motion for rotation, back extension to enhance the arabesque line, and ways to efficiently transfer weight. This class will help dancers build stronger and more balanced bodies. Taught by Laurie Abramson. All levels of experience welcome.
