The 45th anniversary season of the renowned Thomas Edison Film Festival (TEFF) returns to the James Stewart Film Theater on the Princeton University campus with 13 short films selected for the 2026 collection by current and recent college student filmmakers from across the country. The Princeton French Film Festival (March 20 - April 23, 2026) offers 23 feature-length and short movies (from classics to US Premieres) by emerging and award-winning filmmakers, 14 Q&A sessions and masterclasses with top directors, artists, and scholars, a book discussion with a world-class author, a film with live musical accompaniment, a rediscovery of Princeton through a cinematic guided tour and a special exhibition, and numerous pedagogical projects with local schools. Films screened on the University campus and in town. Free tickets required.
A documentary film exploring the inner worlds and artistic processes of five women artists. Following the screening, Martha Russo ’85, a former student artist Toshiko Takaezu and one of the artists featured in the film, joins director Amie Knox in a discussion moderated by VIS lecturer Dani Levine.
