As part of the Program in Dance’s fall 2020 co-curricular dance offerings, Ahmad Simmons leads a virtual workshop inspired by Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker’s choreography from West Side Story.
Curated by Adam Hyndman and taught by Hyndman and guests, this series of online workshops provides the opportunity to learn from some of Broadway’s top performers. Over the course of the semester, the class will survey a wide range of genres and feature the most contemporary dance styles currently being utilized on Broadway. All levels of experience welcome.
These virtual classes are free and open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff. Princeton alumni who wish to participate should email Cindy Rosenfeld: cr17@princeton.edu.
