Writer and Princeton Professor, Emerita, Joyce Carol Oates introduces three exciting new authors, all of them Princeton alumni: Blair Hurley, author of The Devoted; Lillian Li, author of The Number One Chinese Restaurant; and Rachel Lyon, author of Self Portrait with Boy. Each will read from and discuss their new novels. The event is presented by Labyrinth Books, the Lewis Center for the Arts’ Program in Creative Writing, and the Princeton Public Library.
The event is free and open to the public, but a ticket is required. Tickets can be picked up on a first-come, first-serve basis at Labyrinth Books during store hours starting on October 5th and are limited to 2 tickers per person. Empty seats will be filled 10 minutes prior to the start time of the event.
