A screening of short documentary films created by students in the summer 2013 Kenya Global Seminar. Student filmmakers Kemy Lin and Lydia Cornett will introduce the five featured films: The Matriarch, Curse of the Gazelle King, Nature’s Nurturers, Realignments: A Zebra Story, and The Lost Boys of Laikipia. The screening will take place on Thursday, November 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Solley Theater on the second floor of the Princeton Arts Council. Presented by Princeton University’s Institute for International and Regional Studies (PIIRS), Princeton Atelier, Program in Visual Arts, Princeton Environmental Institute (PEI), and the Arts Council of Princeton. Milk and cookies will be served following the films. This event is geared towards younger audiences, however it is free and open to the public.
