Ayanda Clarke leads a lecture/workshop on “The Relationship Between Traditional and Contemporary West African Music and Dance” as part of Dyane Harvey-Salaam’s spring dance course, “The American Dance Experience and Africanist Dance Practices.” The event begins at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, in the Patricia and Ward Hagan ’48 Dance Studio at 185 Nassau Street.
