CoLab and Hearst Dance Theater, Lewis Arts complex
Open to Princeton students, faculty and staff

“Can You Taste It?” is a show about how we express and experience personal relationships through food. The first course will take place in the Hearst Theater where seven dancers will perform choreography based on cooking — a daily, arduous, gendered labor of love. For their second course, the audience will get to visually feast on the rituals we perform at the dinner table and a selection of the ways individuals can disrupt polite expectations. Once they have worked up an appetite, the dancers will lead the salivating audience to the Co-Lab Dining Room where everyone will perform a dining ritual and get a chance to taste the intercontinental flavors that meld to make the taste of this forged family of women who dance and eat at Princeton.

All available seats have been reserved for all performances, however a stand-by line will be formed at the door to the Hearst Dance Theater starting 30 minutes prior to performance times to fill any available seats.
