Join Princeton students during reading period to tune yourself. In this 90-minute sound healing participants will interact with singing bowls, weighted tuning forks, breath and song to awaken a body-mind consciousness. Gentle movement will guide participants into an expansive state of awareness and invite healing and rest. Led by Fletcher Boote, a composer, performer, visual artist and healer investigating the nuances of human relationships and bodies as they are expressed in arrangements of sounds, and hosted by Princeton Arts Fellow César Alvarez.
