Assistant Professor of Theater Brian Herrera gives the annual James Baldwin Lecture in the Department of African American Studies at Princeton University. Herrera lectures on “The Dramatist’s Call to Action: Recognizing the Provocative Prescience of James Baldwin and María Irene Fornés” at 4:30 p.m. in 101 McCormick Hall. This annual lecture provides an occasion to reflect on the issue of race and American culture.
