Co-curricular classes for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester have moved online and are still free and open to all University students, faculty, and staff.

Moving beyond the mat, Yoga for Dancers is a yoga-based practice which incorporates fundamentals of functional anatomy, Ideokinesis, modern dance and other somatic techniques. This class integrates traditional yoga postures, movement re-patterning and improvisational explorations to develop movement/body awareness, mobility, strength and fluidity.
