Events

What can art do?  What should art do?  How can art and art-making contribute to campus conversations about race?

The Program Directors of the Lewis Center for the Arts invite you to participate in an open conversation regarding race and the arts on Princeton’s campus. In conversations about race, how do you see your role as an artist, observer, scholar and citizen? What stories about this subject do you want to share with your peers and the university community as a whole?

We encourage all Princeton University students, faculty and staff interested in engaging in this discussion to join us for the first in a series of events on the topic of race and the arts.
