Free, drop-in co-curricular classes for Fall 2020 are offered online! These classes are open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

Moving beyond the mat, Yoga for Dancers is a yoga-based practice which incorporates fundamentals of functional anatomy, Ideokinesis, modern dance and other somatic techniques. This class integrates traditional yoga postures, movement re-patterning and improvisational explorations to develop movement/body awareness, mobility, strength and fluidity. Taught by Mecquel. All levels of experience welcome.
