Victoria Davidjohn, Princeton University Class of 2019, is a writer, theater director, and lighting designer. A recipient of the Martin A. Dale Fellowship and the New York Women's Foundation Directing Apprenticeship, she is currently writing and composing a musical on the Black women of the Civil Rights Movement while based in New York City. As her senior thesis at Princeton, she directed a 75-person community-based production of The Odyssey which included members of Trenton Circus Squad, Trenton Children’s Chorus and Homefront, NJ, as well as current Princeton University students at the Berlind Theatre at McCarter Theatre Center. Most recently, she served as the Community Impact Coordinator at the Public Theater in its collaboration with Disney to stage the musical adaptation of HERCULES, and she directed ReRoute by Stefani Kuo (Wet Paint Festival).
