CAUSTICS is a show about focusing. This show functions at the fringe of graphic design, practiced as a visual arts form. Installed both onsite in the gallery and offsite around campus, CAUSTICS is a culmination of work in crowd-sourced typographic exploration and ephemeral documentation. This show works with principles of time, iteration, and data in examining the expectations of today’s viewer.
The gallery installation will be open February 25 through March 1 in the Hurley Gallery at the Lewis Arts complex.
