Moving beyond the mat, Yoga for Dancers is a yoga-based practice which incorporates fundamentals of functional anatomy, Ideokinesis, modern dance and other somatic techniques. This class integrates traditional yoga postures, movement re-patterning and improvisational explorations to develop movement/body awareness, mobility, strength and fluidity.

Co-curricular classes are free and open to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
