Deadlines
Deadlines to receive funding from the Lewis Center for the Arts:
November 1st for projects and events that will take place in the Fall Semester
March 15th for projects and events that will take place in the Spring Semester
Guidelines
Guidelines to receive funding from the Lewis Center for the Arts:
In addition to the above stated deadlines, proposals must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the date when the funding is needed.
All proposals must specify the exact arts related component of the event and/or project.
Proposals must include a full and itemized project budget and indicate other sources of funding. Please note whether that funding is received or pending.
- The Lewis Center will only fund a student group or academic department once within an academic year.
The department or group requesting funding must be directly connected to Princeton University.
- While there is no set funding amount, support for student group activities is typically between $250 and $1,500. Support for departmental activities is typically between $1,000 and $5,000.
- If your proposed project is not on campus, please make clear how it will significantly impact Princeton students.
