February 2: The Story of the Universe — In Light and Color

Explore how scientists research the evolution of the universe’s energy through its color, and create an art piece that tells the story of your own life. Hosted by astrophysicist Dr. Erin Flowers (CST) and theater lighting designer Tess James (LCA).
February 9: Using Color in Entertainment

Take a drop-in color workshop and participate in a Q&A session with entertainment color expert Wendy Luedtke.

December 8: Engineering and Scenic Construction
2:30-4 PM, in Vasen Design Studio, Wallace Dance Building (Plaza Level) at Lewis Arts complex
Learn about engineering roles in scenic design and construction for live entertainment. Hosted by Chuck Adomanis, Foreman and Head of Automation at Hudson Scenic Studios and Hudson Theatrical Associates (a leading custom fabrication studio for the live performing arts), and CST’s StudioLab lead technician Michael Galvin.
