Maz Jobrani can currently be seen on his Netflix standup special, Immigrant. His solo specials on Showtime include Brown and Friendly, I Come in Peace, and I’m Not a Terrorist, but I’ve Played One on TV. In the spring of 2016, he performed at the White House and introduced Michelle Obama. He was a founding member of Comedy Central’s 2007 Axis of Evil Comedy Tour. He has costarred in many films including Sydney Pollack’s The Interpreter and Ice Cube’s Friday After Next, and is a regular guest on NPR’s Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me! His L.A. Times best-selling book, I’m Not a Terrorist, but I’ve Played One on TV, was published by Simon & Schuster.
