It’s 1910s Shanghai. The glamorous, busy city is filled with all walks of life, but even mice must pay respect to the Axe Gang. Only four kung fu masters dare take on the gang, putting their lives on the line. But the gang is not a united front. The Four Heads of the Axe Gang each have their own motives, especially a scheming Brother Three. They engage in a battle royale of both fists and wits. Who will have the last laugh?
