What We’ve Lost and What We’ve Learned is a musical theater cabaret conceived by senior Chloe Horner that focuses on reclaiming the elements of the college experience that students missed out on during the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, student performers and audiences will explore the themes of friendship, love and relationships, and mental health. Through the rehearsal and performance process, the students hope to rebuild the theatrical and artistic community that faded during the pandemic and harness the therapeutic powers of theater to facilitate group healing and bonding.

The cabaret showcases the talents of students Leila Abou-Jaoude ’22, Ethan Boll ’22, Molly Bremer ’22, Jani Dumapit ’23, Chloe Horner ’22, Cassandra James ’23, Gaea Lawton ’23, John Venegas Juarez ’25, Jay White ’24, and Reis White ’23.
