About
Alex Dimitrov is the author of two books of poems, Together and by Ourselves and Begging for It, as well as the online chapbook American Boys. He has taught writing at Columbia University, Bennington College, Rutgers University, and was the Senior Editor at the Academy of American Poets where he edited the popular online series Poem-a-Day, as well as American Poets magazine. His poems have appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Poetry, The Paris Review, and others. He lives in New York City.
